How to use

Apply once in the evening onto dry skin, after cleansing and before moisturising, unless otherwise specified by your prescriber.

Use once daily for 4 weeks.

Wear an SpF of 30-50 in the morning as some ingredients can make your skin more sun sensitive.

Why it works

This personalised cream combines two powerful ingredients: spironolactone helps to reduce excess oil production, targeting acne and hormonal breakouts, while tranexamic acid works to brighten the skin and reduce pigmentation, including dark spots and redness.

Together, they provide a balanced approach to clearer, more even-toned skin.

Unlike oral spironolactone, topical spironolactone can be used by both men and women as its effects are localised to the skin.
