Oestriol is a naturally occurring, weak estrogen hormone used in low doses in topical skincare to address signs of ageing, particularly in menopausal or post-menopausal skin.
Topical oestriol helps replenish the estrogen deficiency that leads to thinning, dry, or sagging skin. It boosts collagen, improves elasticity, and increases skin hydration and resilience.
